Right after inserting the required keys, the integration setup will be complete. This means that you will be able to receive payments using this method.
However, before proceeding with the payments, there are two more things for you to set up.
Depending on certain circumstances, you may want to refund your students. This can be easily done in your Uteach dashboard. Regardless of the payment gateway you choose, the refunding process is the same.

How does Adyen handle chargebacks?
According to Adyen documentation, you can choose to accept the chargeback on behalf of your user or request defense documents from them to upload to Adyen.
Suppose the defense against the chargeback is successful, or the customer repays the amount. In that case, Adyen credits the funds back to your platform's liable balance account, which is known as a chargeback reversal.
However, if the issuing bank rejects the defense materials, the disputed amount is once more deducted from your platform's liable balance account, resulting in a second chargeback.
What if my students report issues with payments?
Verify that Adyen is selected as the payment method in your course settings and that your Adyen account is not restricted.
