The only thing you need to integrate BitPay with Uteach is your BitPay token. It can be generated from your BitPay account as you navigate to the API token page.

The integration setup will be complete as you enter the token. You will see a success message once Bitpay is set as your payment gateway. Please note that you cannot receive payments with multiple payment gateways simultaneously.

How does BitPay handle chargebacks?
One of the benefits of accepting payments with BitPay is that payments can be made with cryptocurrency. Thus, accepting cryptocurrency payments does not include chargebacks with blockchain transactions. While BitPay doesn't impose a refund fee, there may be a network fee involved in processing the refund.

Verify that BitPay is selected as the payment method in your course settings and that your BitPay account is not restricted.
