FAQ

  • Does Xendit have a mobile app?

Xendit does not have a consumer-facing mobile app for end-users to make payments directly. However, it provides a business-focused app called the Xendit Business App, which is designed for merchants to manage their transactions and business operations on the go. This app allows businesses to track payments, manage orders, and access various payment tools and features provided by Xendit.

How does Xendit handle chargebacks?

According to Xendit documentation, this is how chargebacks are handled.

If a chargeback is initiated by the bank, Xendit will be notified and will debit the corresponding amount from their account. Following this, Xendit will alert the merchant about the forthcoming deduction in their dashboard balance to cover the chargeback liability. The timing of these chargeback fees is dependent on when the bank releases the chargeback results and can occur at any point thereafter.

What if my students report issues with payments?

Verify that Xendit is selected as the payment method in your course settings and that your Xendit account is not restricted.
