FAQ

How does YooMoney handle chargebacks?

This is how the chargeback process goes with YooMoney.

When a user requests a chargeback, they send the request to the issuing bank. The bank reviews the details and determines whether to initiate the chargeback. If approved, the claim is forwarded to the payment system and then to the seller's bank, which in this case is YooMoney.

Once YooMoney receives the claim, they notify the seller so that they can dispute the chargeback together. Notifications about such claims are sent via email, so please ensure your active email address is listed in your Merchant Profile.

What should I do if my YooMoney account isn't connecting?

Verify your YooMoney account status and ensure you have entered the correct credentials. Contact Uteach support if the issue persists.
