2. What happens if I decide to stick with my lifetime plan?

After careful consideration and collaboration with AppSumo, we have introduced revised tiers instead of transitioning to a single plan. This approach allows us to honor your initial purchase while also adapting to the growth and needs of our community. Below, we present the terms for each tier. Please note, that it is not possible to upgrade your lifetime tier. However, you can always transition to one of our subscription plans.

3. What are my options as a lifetime user?

You have two options:


Option 1 : Stay on your lifetime plan with the above-mentioned limitations.
Option 2: Transition to one of our subscription tiers with a 20% lifetime discount to enjoy all features without limitations.

4. Until when is my AppSumo lifetime deal available?

There is no specific deadline; you can upgrade to a subscription plan at any time. But after January 5, the changes will take effect, and you will be moved to the new limited plan․


5. What happens to my add-ons?

- If you already paid for add-ons, you will retain the same add-ons without any limitations.
- If you did not purchase add-ons previously, unfortunately, you will not be able to gain them now, as add-ons have been removed under the new policy.

6. How does the 20% lifetime discount work?

If you choose to transition to a subscription tier, you will receive a 20% discount that will apply to your subscription for the lifetime of your account.

7. Will I lose my lifetime deal if I don't move to a subscription plan ?

No, you can remain on the lifetime deal, but it will have the specified limitations depending on the tier your purchased previously.

8. Can I upgrade to the subscription plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade to a subscription plan at any time.

9. Will I be charged extra if I exceed the limitations on the limited plan?

Yes, if you exceed the limitations of your plan, you will need to upgrade to a subscription tier to continue using the platform without interruptions.

10. What if I already use features that exceed the new limitations?

If your current usage exceeds the new limitations, we recommend transitioning to a subscription tier with the 20% lifetime discount to avoid disruption to your services.

11. Can I try the subscription plan before committing to the discount?

12. Why can’t I purchase add-ons anymore?

We’ve streamlined our offerings to focus on core subscription tiers. Add-ons are no longer part of our product lineup for new purchases.

There is no specific deadline; you can upgrade to a subscription plan at any time.

18. Will I be charged automatically?

No, you will not be charged automatically. As a lifetime user, you will remain on the limited plan unless you choose to transition to a subscription tier. If you decide to upgrade to the subscription plan with the 20% lifetime discount, you will need to manually opt-in and provide payment details for the subscription.
