How to use Pabbly with Uteach?

Once you set up the integration, you can

  • integrate payment gateways with the help of Pabbly

Adding a student to the Uteach course from Google Forms

You may want to collect all the data in Google Forms every time a new student enrolls in your course. This can be easily done with Pabbly integration.

Sign in to your Pabbly account and click the Create Workflow button in the upper right corner.

You can see two windows—the Trigger window and the Action window. The trigger window is where you set up the action, and the action window shows what needs to happen after the trigger.

  • Select Uteach from the app’s list.
  • Choose a trigger event (e.g., new student enrollment, quiz passed, etc.)
  • Insert your domain and API key
  • Choose Google Sheets from the action window
  • Select Add New Row as an action event.
  • Click Connect and Connect with your Google Sheet.
  • Select your spreadsheet and fill in the details below.

After you specify the spreadsheet and course details, click Save and Send Test Request

Now, as new student registers, their data will appear in your selected spreadsheet.

Check Pabbly’s video tutorial on how to collect student data in a Google spreadsheet.

Adding a user in a course with form submissions

Pabbly also offers form-building tools. You can set it in a way that if a user fills in your form on Pabbly they register on your Uteach course.

  • Enter your Pabbly dashboard and click the Create Workflow button in the upper right corner.
  • In the Trigger window, choose Pabbly and select Pabbly form builder as the trigger event.
  • Fill in the Webhool URL from the form you want the students to fill in and enroll in your course.
  • Choose Uteach from the action window and select Create Student as the action.

Once all the details are set up, hit the connect button and Save.

Here is the video tutorial on how you can achieve it.
