PayU is a leading payment gateway trusted globally for its versatility, security, and user-friendly interface. With PayU, you can accept payments from various channels, giving your students the opportunity to enroll in your courses easily.
With Uteach’s PayU integration, you will be able to provide a reliable payment experience for your students.
The main PayU features include:
For your PayU integration, you will need to provide your Client ID, Client Secret, POS ID, and Second Key. You can generate and access all these keys through your merchant account. Visit the Payment Gateway and Client Detail sections of your PayU account.

To access this integration:
After inputting the necessary keys, the integration setup will be finished. This means you're all set to start receiving payments using this method.
Before you begin processing payments, you have two more steps to complete.
Firstly, select your country to access the list of payment providers Uteach supports there.
PayU available countries include Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Hungary, India, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Poland, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Turkey.
Next, choose the currency you prefer for receiving payments, as Uteach operates with a single currency per account. PayU supports more than 150 currencies.
In certain situations, you might need to issue refunds to your students. This can be easily managed within your Uteach dashboard.

Once payments start coming in, you can monitor them through your Uteach online school dashboard. Simply navigate to the My Profit section to access those insights.
How does PayU handle chargebacks?
Your buyers can file a claim with their card issuing bank, which then sends PayU a dispute notification to verify the purchase's validity. They create the dispute in their system and subsequently notify you through the PayU Module.

What if my students report issues with payments?
Verify that PayU is selected as the payment method in your course settings and that your PayU account is not restricted.
