How to view completed form results

Forms allow students to submit responses and feedback through your Uteach website. This article will guide you on how to access and view the results of the forms your students have completed, providing an easy way to track their submissions and analyze their responses.

  • Log in to your Dashboard
  • Inder the Marketing section, click on Forms.
  • This will display a list of all available forms in the central panel.
  • Find the form you want to view submissions for
  • Click the Reports icon in the "Actions" column corresponding to your selected form.

Submissions Dashboard:

  • After clicking on the reports icon, you'll be taken to the submissions dashboard for the selected form. Here, you can see:
    • ID: Unique identifier for each submission.
    • Name: The name provided by the submitter.
    • Email: Submitter’s email address.
    • Questions/Answers: The number of questions answered (e.g., "2/2" means all questions were answered).
    • Source Type: The origin of the submission (e.g., default).
    • Duration: Time taken to complete the form.
    • Created At: Submission date.

Exporting Reports:

  • Use the Export Reports button at the top-right to download submission data for further analysis.

Viewing Individual Submissions:

  • To view details for a specific submission, click the View icon (eye symbol) in the "Actions" column.

Viewing Submission Details

Submission Details Page:

  • Clicking the View icon will open the detailed submission page. Here, you can review:
    • Each question from the form.
    • The corresponding answers provided by the submitter.

Print Submission:

  • If you need a physical or saved copy, click the Print button at the bottom-right corner of the page.

Tips for Managing Submissions

  • Delete Submissions: You can remove unwanted entries using the Trash icon in the "Actions" column of the submissions dashboard.
  • Search Functionality: Use the search bar to quickly locate submissions by name, email, or other details.
  • Status Monitoring: Keep track of form statuses to ensure your forms are published and available to users.
