How to connect Facebook pixel

 

 

By connecting Facebook Pixel to your website, you can track and analyze the results of your Facebook advertising. This helps you optimize ads, track conversions, and gain insights into user behavior, allowing you to retarget website visitors. 

 

By doing so, you can improve your advertising strategy and track the ROI of your advertising campaigns to understand what works and what doesn’t.


Do the following steps to connect Facebook pixel to your website.

 

  1. Creating Meta Pixel
  • Go to your Facebook Events Manager, select Connect to Data Sources from the left menu, and choose Web from the provided option.  Click on the Connect button below. 
  • Enter the name of your pixel & the website URL, and click the Connect button. 
  • Choose the Meta Pixel only from the provided option and click on Next. 

 

2.     Adding pixel code to the website

 

  • Click on Install Code manually from the provided options. 
  • Copy the base code to insert it in the Header script.

Access your dashboard, go to the Settings tab, and click on the Integrations subtab. Paste the code in the Header script box below.

Click on the Save changes button. 

 

3.    Go to the Events manager page and click on Continue. Click on Verify Domain

 

4.     Connect Connection API gateway to meta. 

        Click on the Start Conversion API gateway button below.

 

5.     Access your pixel from the top left menu and go to the Test events tab. Enter your website URL in the box below so you can open the             website from there.
