Keeping students engaged is essential for their learning journey. With the "Send a Notification" feature, you can easily notify students after they complete a specific episode.
Whether you want to encourage them, provide additional resources, or just congratulate them on their progress, this feature allows you to send personalized messages either in-platform or via email. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to activate notifications for your episodes.
To activate the toggle and send notifications, follow these steps:
When the toggle is activated, the admin has the option to customize the notification further.
Additionally, an option is available to send the notification via email by selecting the "Also email notification" checkbox.
Important Note: If the instructor opts to send an email notification, they must first ensure that their SMTP server is properly connected.
Once the notification is composed, you can finalize the process by clicking the "Send" button. Upon doing so, a confirmation message will appear, as shown in the image, stating: "Notification sent successfully."
This ensures that students are informed promptly upon completion of the episode, enhancing communication and follow-up in the course.
