How to subscribe on add-ons

Have you reached your plan's maximum admins/authors limit and need to add more? With Uteach, you can always subscribe to add-ons.Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to subscribe to add-ons

1. Navigate to the Add-Ons Section

- On the left-hand side of the dashboard, locate the “Financial” menu.

- Click on “Add-ons”. This should bring you to the page you’re currently viewing.

2. Review Available Add-Ons

On the main panel of the dashboard, you will see the available add-ons listed.
        - Coaching subscription
        - Admin subscription
        - White Label Mobile App subscription

3. Select Subscription Type

For each add-on, there are two options: a monthly subscription and a yearly subscription. Decide which subscription term suits you best: monthly or yearly.

4. Choose the Subscription Term

- To select the monthly subscription, leave the toggle on the left side.
- To select the yearly subscription, click on the toggle to switch it to the right side․

After selecting the subscription term, click on the “Subscribe” button for the add-on that you wish to subscribe to. If there’s an option for a free trial, as with the Coaching subscription in your case, you can click on “Subscribe for a 14-day free trial” to begin that process.

5․Confirmation and Payment

Upon clicking “Subscribe” or “Subscribe for a 14-day free trial”, you might be prompted to confirm your choice.

If payment is required, you will be guided to enter your payment information unless you have already provided it. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment setup.

6․Finalizing the Subscription

After your payment method is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation of your subscription.

7․Check Invoice History for Records

Once you have subscribed, you can check your invoice history for records of your transactions. To view invoice history, go to the “Invoice history” tab next to “Add-ons” on the top of the dashboard.
