How to subscribe or change the plan

Uteach offers the following plans: Free, Basic, Pro & Business. You are given a chance to choose one that best fits your needs. The good thing with Uteach is that you can start with a free trial.

If you have changed your mind and want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, follow these simple steps.

1. Head to your dashboard. 
2. Navigate to the Financial section and then My plan
3. Here, you see your Plan and Subscription type, Next invoice date, Next invoice amount, and the account Status

Here, you can see other available plans and your current plan. 

4. Click on the Upgrade/Downgrade button depending on the plan you want to choose.

Once you are done, confirm your choice. 

FAQ 

What if I decide to change my plan in the middle of the month? 

You can change this subscription any time you like. You'll continue to use the plan you've already paid for until the current month ends. The plan you resubscribed to will come into effect next month. 

What if I do not want to be a Uteach user anymore? 

If you have come to the point where you do not need your teaching website anymore, you can easily cancel the subscription. Access the Payment Setting from the Financial tab, click on change my plan and tap the Cancel button. 

After this, the website will still be accessible until the end of the month you paid for. Once the month is over, you will not be able to access it any longer.
