How to close a website from users
Sometimes, you want to make changes to the website. During this time, you would like to close the access for the visitors.
Follow these basic steps to achieve it.
- Navigate to the Settings tab on the left of your dashboard.
- Click on the General Settings subtab.
Here you are also able to choose your website language, edit contact & sharing information, website policy, customize login/register settings, and some SEO details.
Here you can see the Under Construction section.
Click on the toggle to set it as Active.
Voila! Now you can easily make any changes to your website without having to worry about anything.
Important Note: After you are done with making changes, do not forget to set it as Not active.
As long as this toggle is active, the visitors will see the “This site is under construction” message.
