Are you an expert in the field looking for a new way to share your knowledge? Creating a video course may be the perfect solution, providing a dynamic and interactive way to educate and engage your audience.
Let’s break down step by step how you can create a high-demand video course.
Now it’s time to fill in the general information about your course.
Important Note: Once you save the changes, you CANNOT edit the slug. So, make sure to have the final slug version before you save the changes. You are allowed to use Latin letters and the “-” symbol (hyphen) in between words in the slug.
Now it’s time to add the author or authors of the course. Click on the corresponding field to choose from your authors’ list. Yes, you can add several authors.
If there are no authors on the list, you haven't created an author profile yet. To create a profile, please follow these steps:

Choose the drip content type if you want to release the pieces of content over time rather than all at once.
Click on the Next button to proceed.
This is the section where you import videos, files & quizzes and arrange each episode.
Click on Create New section. This is going to be the first episode of the course.
Add the title of the section. Click on the Save button to proceed.
Now you will see your title in the list. Create a new episode by clicking on the title. The following types of episodes will be displayed: Video, Audio, File, Text, Quiz & Form.
(1) Now, you have a Video Library option for all your uploaded videos. You can reuse your videos effortlessly across multiple courses. Simply click on Library and choose the video you want, then click Submit.
(2) Please note if you want to make the episode free but require registration, you should activate the toggle.
Follow the steps to activate the toggle.
Important Note: There is a 3 GB limit on video files. As you upload the video, depending on the file size, it will take some time for the video to load and play smoothly. So, please do not worry if the video doesn’t load and run smoothly as it should at once.
Adding an audio episode is the same as for the video.
Creating a file episode goes the way.
The following file formats are available: .JPG, .PNG, .MP4, .PDF, .CSV, .XLSX, .PPT, .PPTX, .XLS, .MP3, .DOC, .TXT, .DOCX, .RTF , . XML, .ZIP,PKT and .JSON.
To create a text episode, you need to write the title, add the text and save it.
The text editor will allow you to add a picture or video, a link, etc.
Important Note: In the case of the iframe quiz, the system cannot check it automatically and give a certificate. To automate the quiz-checking process, you will need to create one with Uteach.
The process for adding a File, Text, or Form episode goes the same way.
The following formats are available for file episodes: .JPG, .PNG, .MP4, .PDF, .CSV, .XLSX, .PPT, .PPTX, .XLS, .MP3, .DOC, .TXT, .DOCX, .RTF, .XML, .ZIP, PKTand .JSON.
Navigate to the next section, where you can add a quiz and a certificate to your course.
If you already have a quiz, it will be displayed in the Choose quiz list. In case you have not created a quiz yet, tap on Create quiz.
When the quiz is ready, click on the refresh button, and it will also appear in the list.
Select the quiz from the list and click on the Next button. (If you don’t want to have a quiz for that course, click on Skip.)
Afterward, you can fill in the information, such as the name of the quiz, control how many times a student can pass a quiz, and estimate the passing score.
Finally, it is time to price the course. When navigating to the Price section, you will see two options.
Insert the price in the corresponding field. If you want to make a discount, insert the reduced price in the Old price box.
From here, you can also control how long the course will be available for enrolled students.
We are almost done! Now it’s time to manage some general settings, after which the course will be published.
The first section is for controlling accessibility. Here you can see several options.
If the course is free, you will see the Public for visitors toggle here. If the toggle is inactive, the students will have to register on your website before enrolling. However, if you want the visitors to access the course without registering, turn on the toggle. In this case, all website visitors can access the course.
Next up is filling out SEO details.
Activate the Send notification button if you want the students to be notified about the course updates. Ensure you enabled the corresponding button from the email settings tab.
From the section, you can also delete the course.
Click on the Save button.
Congratulations! You did it! Your course is ready to be purchased.
